Movie Summary
In 1966, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation gathered some of the greatest names in blues music for a series of performances taped for the TV series Festival. This home video release collects the highlights from these sessions, including numbers by Muddy Waters (with James Cotton sitting in on harmonica), Willie Dixon, Sonny Terry and Brownie McGhee, Otis Spann, Sunnyland Slim, and Mable Hillery in her only television appearance.
